Privacy Policy

ARchemy is a platform founded and owned by Maryam Abdinejad and Hossein S. Qorbani. ARchemy app is shared and distributed to University of Toronto students at no cost and is intended for use as is. Beta versions of this app may crash or result in data loss.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information of anyone who decides to use the ARchemy app.
If you choose to use this service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that are collected is used for providing and improving the Service. Your information will not be used or shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Log Data

ARchemy is currently distributed via Google Play Beta and Apple’s TestFlight beta distribution channels. Your crash logs, usage information and feedback will be sent to Google / Apple, University of Toronto and ARchemy and may be linked to your email address. Please review Google Play terms of service and privacy policy and/or TestFlight terms of service and privacy policy. You may opt out of log and feedback collection by installing ARchemy directly from the MADLab website – contact mad.lab@utoronto.ca for details.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

The ARchemy app does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
